Job summary

The role is an onsite leadership position with some flexibility, requiring hands-on management of Milford moves and cross-functional collaboration with IT and design teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in occupancy planning or management within a large global corporate footprint.
• Advanced data analytics and reporting to evaluate space utilization.
• Familiarity with workplace layout methodologies and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead occupancy planning and space strategy with a 1–3 year horizon.
• Manage Milford moves, space assignments and vendor coordination.
• Oversee As-Built documentation and AutoCAD libraries with version control.
• Coordinate audits, compliance and workplace guidelines globally.
• Integrate badge access data with facilities workflows and OfficeSpace upgrades.
