Job summary

Waters Corporation in the US is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment of scientific, engineering, and technical talent. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization and drive the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer.

This role is based in Milford, MA or New Castle, DE and follows a hybrid model with three on-site days per week (Tuesday through Thursday), enabling collaboration while maintaining efficient remote work where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in-house recruiting experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in IVD or clinical diagnostics is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and candidate experience focus.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build trust-based relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment.
• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers for positions in assigned business areas.
• Understand job requirements and required competencies quickly.
• Communicate persuasively and empathetically with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advise on market trends, talent availability and competitive insights.
• Apply data-driven insights to refine sourcing and engagement strategies.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
