Job summary

Polaris Inc. offers a two-year Leadership Development Program in Predictive Data Science with four six-month rotations. You will work with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to apply analytics and ML to real business challenges across Polaris.

The program emphasizes leadership development, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, with on-site placements in multiple Minnesota locations including Medina and Plymouth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science or related field with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel and relocate during rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated leadership through student organizations or work experiences.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply data science, analytics, and AI to solve business challenges across Polaris.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, product teams, and technology leaders.
• Build predictive models, train ML solutions, and deploy them.
• Translate insights into actions that improve customer experiences and operations.
• Participate in four six-month rotations across multiple locations.
