Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking a Business Services Rep to identify job opportunities for participants and match qualified candidates with openings. You will build relationships with employers and provide retention support to both sides.

This non-exempt role emphasizes extreme customer service, outreach, and collaboration with Career Navigators to connect local businesses with talent and improve workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Strong recruitment, data entry and customer requirements knowledge; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and maintains contacts with business and industry representatives and job placement/training agencies.
• Promotes participant placement by cold calling potential employers.
• Explains benefits and employment support services to employers.
• Researches newspapers and agencies for job leads.
• Locates jobs for participants who completed training programs.
• Matches job skills with applicant qualifications; refers qualified applicants to employers.
• Coordinates and attends job fairs for outreach and recruitment.
• Assists participants in assessing their job skills and provides career assessments.
• Instructs in job seeking, resume writing, interview preparation, and job retention skills.
• Provides labor market and community resource information.
• Works with Career Navigators to exchange participant activity data.
