Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Business Services Representative in Milwaukee, WI. You will develop and implement marketing and job development activities, building strong relationships with local employers to create job orders and training opportunities.

You will coordinate on-the-job training programs, subsidized employment, and Work Experience contracts, while delivering high-quality service to job seekers and businesses across the Wisconsin Job Center network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience facilitating committee meetings and building employer relationships.
• Strong computer skills with ASSET and Job Center of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of new Business Services programs and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses to develop job orders.
• Present opportunities to employers and participants about employment options.
• Organize local job fairs.
• Develop agreements for On-the-Job Training and Subsidized Employment.
• Respond to local business needs through the Wisconsin Job Center network.
• Direct, supervise business services staff and conduct evaluations.
