Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace seeks a Talent Pipeline Recruiter to lead apprenticeship and early-career recruiting nationwide. You will build partnerships with schools, military programs, and workforce organizations to attract and develop future aviation professionals, traveling to events and campuses across the United States.

As a visible ambassador, you will manage campus recruitment activities, screen and interview candidates, maintain ATS data, and collaborate with HR, Marketing, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce development experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time across the United States.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with schools, military programs, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry-level talent nationwide.
• Coordinate campus recruitment activities, career fairs, and classroom presentations.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for apprenticeship and internship programs.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment metrics, and candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, Marketing, and operations on campaigns and partnerships.
• Travel regularly to recruiting events, schools, and partner organizations nationwide.
