Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace in Pensacola, FL, seeks a Talent Pipeline Recruiter to lead apprenticeship, internship, trainee, and entry‑level recruiting nationwide. You will partner with schools, military programs, and workforce groups to attract future aviation professionals.

Travel to recruiting events and educational partners across the United States will be frequent as you build talent pipelines and represent ST Engineering in outreach activities and campus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required or considered.
• 3+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or workforce outreach is required.
• Travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight travel across the U.S.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with schools, military programs, and communities.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting tech, social media recruiting, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools and workforce partners to attract early-career talent.
• Serve as the primary contact for apprenticeship, internship, and entry-level programs nationwide.
• Create and execute recruiting strategies for nationwide talent pipelines.
• Coordinate campus events, career fairs, and classroom presentations.
• Travel regularly to support events, partnerships, and conferences.
• Build talent pipelines and communities to meet current and future needs.
• Represent ST Engineering in educational partnerships and outreach activities.
• Screen and assess candidates for apprenticeship, internship, and trainee roles.
• Maintain applicant communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline performance.
