Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Talent Pipeline Recruiter to build and maintain strong, forward-looking candidate pipelines while quickly filling high-priority roles as needs arise. The recruiter will partner with TA leadership, hiring managers, and business leaders to anticipate talent needs, engage passive candidates, and act as a closely-aligned, fast-moving “closer” when speed and precision are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, marketing or a related field.
2–4 years in talent sourcing, corporate recruiting, or HR.
Proven ability to build and maintain pipelines for future hiring needs.
Experience filling high-priority, niche or hard-to-fill roles under tight timelines.
Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain and nurture talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future roles.
Identify, research, and engage potential candidates using diverse sourcing techniques.
Partner with Corporate Recruiters and TA to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Support sourcing efforts, interview scheduling, offer prep and other recruiting activities.
Maintain sourcing database and candidate relationships in ATS/CRM.
Provide regular updates on pipeline readiness and market trends.
Ensure high-touch, inclusive candidate experience at all stages.
