ENFRA is seeking a Talent Pipeline Recruiter to build proactive talent pipelines and rapidly deploy to high-priority roles. This role partners with Talent Acquisition leadership, hiring managers, and business leaders to anticipate needs and act as a closer when speed and precision matter.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for SWAT roles, nurture pipelines for critical future positions, and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM while delivering a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in talent sourcing or corporate recruiting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Experience filling high-priority, niche roles under tight timelines.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent networking.

Responsabilités

• Talent Pipeline Development
• Build, maintain, and nurture pipelines for critical, recurring, and future state roles across the organization.
• Identify, research, and engage potential candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray, social media, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Conduct initial research on talent data and analytics and provide insights as needed.
• Partner with Corporate Recruiters and Talent Acquisition to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
• Support sourcing efforts, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and other recruiting activities.
• Develop and maintain sourcing database and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new opportunities and referrals.
• Assist with posting job advertisements across boards and channels.
• SWAT Recruiting: rapidly deploy to high-urgency roles.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for SWAT roles from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify priorities and timelines.
• Drive speed without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and risk assessment.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and ensure inclusive candidate experience.
