Job summary

Canyon Ranch, a premier wellness destination, seeks an HR Coordinator to join the team in Massachusetts. You will be the first point of contact for employee questions, support onboarding/offboarding, benefits education, events, and training, while assisting with recruiting and candidate communications.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining records, and facilitating new hire orientations. Compensation: $21.63-$27.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, ADP, ICIM's.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with proactive follow-up. You enjoy supporting HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support benefits education and enrollment for employees.
• Coordinate interviews, posting jobs, and candidate communications.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with orientations and trainings.
