Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, CBC and training may be required where applicable.
• Associates will attend and complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Recruit and onboard qualified associates to meet staffing needs.
• Promote a culture of belonging and ethical behavior while upholding Walmart values.
