Qualifications

• Evidence of exceptional ability (e.g., high-growth startup experience, founding or startup experience).
• Strong attention to detail and habit of checking work for accuracy.
• Organized and reliable with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to identify and solve problems.
• Coachable, curious, eager to learn new tools and processes.
• Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap).

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workflows across recruiting campaigns and client accounts.
• Coordinate candidate communications, outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and operational data.
• Support recruiters and internal stakeholders with day-to-day tasks.
• Identify process inefficiencies, flag issues, and suggest improvements.
• Follow and improve SOPs, workflows, and systems.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and other operational projects.
