Job summary

PNC is seeking a Talent Outreach Specialist to be based in Pittsburgh, PA or other markets. You will execute recruiting and outreach events, support leaders in attracting and hiring diverse talent, and manage relationships with partners to expand PNC's outreach.

You will use ATS tools, engage candidates, conduct interviews, and track progress. The role emphasizes employer branding, sourcing strategies, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• University degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Executes recruiting and talent outreach events, initiatives and programs within assigned talent segments and businesses, aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
• Supports business leaders and recruiting partners in fulfilling objectives to attract, hire and retain underrepresented talent at all levels.
• Identifies, develops and manages relationships with internal and external partners to expand outreach into new communities of talent.
• Responsible for organization, planning and execution of key talent outreach events and programs; liaison for prospective candidates with recruiting and sourcing teams.
• Uses metrics and analytics to demonstrate effectiveness of programs, partnerships and outreach initiatives.
