Job summary

Crowe in Knoxville, TN seeks a Talent Business Advisor Senior Associate to support talent processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with leaders to streamline onboarding, performance, engagement, and workforce logistics while ensuring compliant, data-driven talent delivery.

The role offers exposure to HR strategy implementation in a professional services environment, with opportunities to impact firm-wide programs and logistics. Strong Excel and AI-tool proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong Excel and MS Office 365 proficiency.
Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot.
Professional services experience is a plus.
Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Business Leaders to support core talent processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards, engagement).
Coordinate operational tasks such as Leaves of Absence (LOA), Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), relocations with Talent Solutions and business leaders.
Address routine talent inquiries and escalate complex matters as needed.
Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for Talent Advisory and BU Operations teams.
Identify data trends or inconsistencies to inform talent decisions or improvements.
Ensure compliance with HR policies in actions and communications.
Support talent program awareness and education among employees.
Coordinate logistics and communications for firm-wide and BU talent programs.
Collaborate with Talent Solutions and broader Talent function for consistency.
