You will partner with Talent Solutions teams to deliver efficient HR operations, data reporting, and program coordination in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong Excel experience and proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot) and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of core talent processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards, engagement).
• Coordinate operational tasks (LOA, FWA, relocations) with Talent Solutions and business leaders.
• Address routine inquiries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Prepare data and reports for Talent Advisory and BU Operations review.
