Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support core talent processes across onboarding, performance, engagement and rewards.
• Coordinate leaves, flexible work arrangements, and relocations with stakeholders.
• Serve as point of contact for routine talent inquiries and escalate complex matters.
• Collect, maintain and prepare data/reports for Talent Solutions teams.
• Identify data trends to inform talent decisions and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies in actions and communications.
• Assist in communicating talent programs and driving awareness.
• Coordinate logistics and day-to-day activities for firm-wide talent programs.
