Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Talent Business Advisor Senior Associate in the United States to support HR processes and improve the employee experience. You will work with the Talent Solutions team across onboarding, performance management, engagement, and workforce logistics.

Reporting into the Talent Business Advisor team, you’ll help ensure efficient talent delivery and compliance while collaborating with business units to implement HR strategies in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office 365.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a plus.
• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Business Leaders to support core talent processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate LOA, FWA, relocations with Talent Solutions and leaders.
• Address routine inquiries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Collect, maintain, and prepare data and reports for review.
• Identify data trends to inform talent decisions or improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies in actions and communications.
• Support talent program education and communication efforts.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for talent programs.
• Collaborate across Talent Solutions to align talent services.
