Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Eight+ years in progressive talent acquisition; leadership experience 3+ years.
• Proven success recruiting for leadership and hard-to-fill roles.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead recruitment for leadership, specialized, and critical roles.
• Oversee recruiting operations, workload balancing, and workforce planning.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and hiring risks.
