Job summary

Lennox in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Field Recruiter to support industrial positions across the organization. You will partner with leaders to attract and retain qualified talent, manage the end-to-end recruiting process, and help drive employee engagement from hire through onboarding and early tenure.

This role emphasizes high-volume recruiting, strong communication, and building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of progressive high volume experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to review recruitment requirements, define applicant qualifications, and develop strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Review resumes, applications, and advertising responses; interview and screen applicants for technical competence and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and evaluate reference checks and background information; make employment recommendations based on interviews and data.
• Coordinate employment offers and arrange all pre-employment processes including drug screening and background checks.
• Provide candidates with information on job requirements, location, compensation, and policies.
• Analyze recruitment data including campaign effectiveness, turnover metrics, and workforce trends.
• Participate in onboarding activities and collaborate to improve integration of new hires.
• Support engagement initiatives by conducting stay interviews and structured check-ins.
