Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Operations in Farmington, CT. You will lead end-to-end onboarding operations, manage a ~40-person team, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBP, and COEs to deliver scalable services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in HR or talent operations, plus experience in large, matrixed organizations and familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow. PHR/SHRM/Six Sigma preferred.

• Experience leading talent programs and operations in a large matrixed organization
• Experience with talent processes, systems, and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday)
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of talent programs and processes across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HRBP, and Centers of Excellence.
• Provide leadership to a multi-level team of approximately 40 employees.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding operational delivery and internal transfers for a scalable service experience.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize background checks, clearance processes, and pre-hire offers.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure timely delivery of training and development programs.
• Utilize metrics and dashboards to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Identify automation and centralization opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and policies.
• Coach and develop talent operations professionals.
