Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director to lead a Finance Talent Strategy & Development, CORE, and Communications organization. You will design and execute a Finance talent strategy that accelerates capability growth, enhances career mobility, and enables Finance employees to thrive across onboarding to senior professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 10 years.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 employees, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
• Serve as the CORE Business Partner providing strategic senior leadership support to enable compliant adoption and execution of the CORE Operating System.
• Lead the annual goal alignment activities with the Finance Leadership Team and collaborate with subdomains.
• Partner with Finance and HR to define and execute a data-driven hiring strategy aligning capability with business priorities.
• Lead finance talent development programs and employee-experience initiatives in partnership with HR and Finance leadership.
• Drive finance communications and change management strategy across enterprise messaging and platforms.
• Design and execute end-to-end Finance Learning Strategy with partners to deliver governance of key learning platforms.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the finance organization.
