Job summary

Saatchi US is seeking an entry-level Talent Payment Manager to support our Business Affairs team in estimating, managing, processing, and tracking talent payments for branded content productions. This in-person role collaborates across disciplines and with external partners to safeguard budgets and ensure legal and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience (including internships) in advertising, production, or media industries preferred.
• Agency background and familiarity with SAG-AFTRA contracts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and approve accurate talent session contracts and estimates for multiple production types.
• Process and manage session and residual payments and invoices in payroll platforms with reconciliation.
• Maintain tracking documents for Completion Reports, licensed rights, and talent reuse.
• Monitor usage, holding fees, and maximum use periods for timely authorization and payment.
• Notify account teams of upcoming expirations and provide renewal cost estimates.
