Rainmaker is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced recruiting engine. You will coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will partner with the Senior Recruiter, Head of People, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process running smoothly while continuously improving recruiting operations and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related field.
• Experience coordinating interview scheduling across multiple hiring processes.
• Experience supporting recruiters and hiring managers and maintaining ATS data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and hiring logistics to keep processes on track.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and applicant tracking system entries.
• Serve as a primary candidate touchpoint to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters, managers and interviewers to run efficient interview loops.
