Talent Operations is the function, team members, and processes responsible for enabling the overall talent organization to work more effectively, to execute locally and at scale, and to create new value by incorporating more modern practices, deploying more innovative technologies and delivering more consistent outcomes. This customer facing role provides high-quality support as the primary contact for candidates and employees by servicing inquiries regarding background check and on-boarding process. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an all hands on deck environment, can wear multiple hats, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about finding ways to support our candidates and employees. The ideal candidate would be someone who can learn quickly, is very detail-oriented, loves finding solutions to problems, and holds confidentiality in high regard. CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
The hourly rate range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $25 - $38 per hour with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
