AfterQuery, a San Francisco-based applied research lab, is seeking a Talent Coordinator to own and optimize the interview scheduling process and candidate experience. You will work closely with founders, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure fast, smooth, and professional interviews, contributing to a scalable hiring engine.

The role emphasizes high organization, strong communication, and proactive process improvements in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting coordination or related role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage many moving pieces without dropping details.
• Comfort with calendars, scheduling, spreadsheets, ATS systems, and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across the talent team.
• Coordinate candidate logistics across interviews and offers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruiting systems.
• Track candidate progress and interviewers' availability.
• Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
• Help improve recruiting workflows and templates.
• Support recruiting operations and ad hoc projects.
