Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interview schedules and policy communications.
• Develop interview schedules for candidates using Workday and Outlook.
• Email required documents and interview schedules to interview team and candidate.
• Manage schedule changes and update accordingly.
• Collect data from Workday and other resources.
• Analyze data to support Talent Acquisition insights.
• Partner with TA to answer candidate or data questions.
• Ensure excellent candidate care throughout the interview process.
• Process travel expense reports for candidates as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party vendor for pre-employment screening.
• Monitor screening reports and liaise with third-party daily.
• Guide candidates and HR Leaders through the screening process.
• Assist HR Home Contact Center with employee inquiries on policies.
• Analyze complex information to identify root causes and resolutions.
• Prioritize and respond to employee requests via case management system.
• Train other service center employees on system usage.
• Escalate complex inquiries to Tier 2 or COEs within HR.
