Chevron Phillips Chemical Company is seeking a Specialist, Talent Management, to join the Global Talent & Culture team at our The Woodlands headquarters. You will help develop talent programs, enhance reporting, and provide insights to strengthen organizational capability and employee growth.

The role collaborates with stakeholders to align programs with business needs and culture. The ideal candidate brings five+ years in HR, talent management, or L&D, with strong analytics, HRIS

Qualifikationen

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Experience interpreting data to improve talent programs and reporting.
Familiarity with HR information systems and talent analytics.

Aufgaben

Conduct research to identify talent management trends and best practices.
Analyze talent data to diagnose gaps and recommend solutions.
Support development of a career framework and learning programs.
Develop and maintain reporting systems for talent KPIs.
Collaborate across teams to attract, nurture, and retain diverse talent.
Establish processes for evaluating and improving talent programs.
Assist in designing innovative programs leveraging behavioral science.
