About the Role:

This unique role combines the responsibilities of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, actively focused on fostering growth within the organization. You'll be the culture ambassador, attracting top performers to our company, while also acting as a learning and development partner, ensuring our existing team has the tools and resources to excel in their professional journey.

Responsibilities:

Talent Development:

  • Work with the department leaders and business partners to evaluate and identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support learning technology and administration efforts to ensure successful team outcomes (reporting and administration of LMS).
  • Execute a framework for ongoing manager development programs that support the development managers need to coach, develop, engage and retain their teams as people-managers at all levels.
  • Drive the execution of a leadership development framework for senior leaders, integrating ongoing coaching, robust assessments, and constructive feedback to improve organizational effectiveness, sharpen business acumen, and build a world-class leadership team. Partner with our cross-functional global colleagues to ensure consistency of roll out of learning experiences.
  • Support design and implementation of integrated talent management solutions including coaching programs, talents development planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our company culture and open positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview top talent using various channels and techniques.
  • Champion our employer brand, making us the go-to destination for exceptional candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to determine the requirements of their direct-hire openings and the profile of the ideal candidate.
  • Identify and utilize effective methods to source candidates.
  • Thoroughly screen qualified candidates to present to hiring managers (virtual and in-person interviews).
  • Negotiate offers to candidates.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment within the guidelines set forth by Arbonne and in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage vendors to ensure they are working within the process guidelines set forth by Arbonne.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Recruiting Manager to identify areas to improve the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements:

Talent Development:

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional methodologies and learning principles as they are related to classroom and online learning.
  • Excellent presentation skills; excel at facilitating interactive discussions, activities and training sessions.
  • Strong project management experience coupled with literacy on all usual pc applications, including authoring tools for eLearning solutions.
  • Have a passion for learning and development and a desire to see others succeed,

Talent Acquisition:

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience working with staffing agencies.
  • Experience working with job boards (LinkedIn, ZipRecuriter) and ATS systems (ADP).

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to build successful relationships with a variety of constituents; establish rapport with business partners and clients and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must have a proven track record in creating professional development strategies, goals, and programs with positive results.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, leadership development, or organizational behavior .
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities.
