Job Description Summary

Responsible for activities related to construction, building, and commissioning on customer sites, from site mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or focusing on executing professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results. The role allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as standards of quality, volume, and timeliness are met.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervisory roles (e.g., site manager) responsible for the entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phases, acting under the direction of the overall project leader. Leads site team and manages project scope execution, possibly managing multiple sites. Ensures schedule, quality, and cost compliance with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations.
• Includes direct people management, staffing, and performance development. Utilizes technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policies and strategies.
• Knowledge of best practices and understanding of how own area integrates with others; aware of market competition and differentiators.
• Uses judgment and proposes solutions outside set parameters for complex manufacturing processes with technical variety or interdependent cycles. Uses technical experience and internal/external sources for decision-making.
• Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small, low-risk projects, explain information, develop skills, and handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant industry experience in management and construction.
• Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in project management and site management.

The pay range is $100,000 to $134,000, influenced by experience, education, and skills. The position is eligible for bonuses and is expected to close by July 1, 2025.
