Job Description:

The Talent Management Specialist will contribute to the development, launch, and ongoing operation of the Talent Management Team in delivering high-impact programs and initiatives across Learning & Development, Talent Management systems, Engagement Surveys, and Immersion experiences. This role will support talent reporting, analytics, and the execution and administration of related processes. Success in this rolerequires strong coordination, communication, project management, and analytical skills to ensure seamless execution of talent strategies that align with Envista’s values and business goals.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Talent at Envista.

Key Responsibilities :

· Support the setup, education, implementation, and follow-up of Engagement Surveys.

· Partner with leaders to develop immersion plans, and partner with Employee Business Services to ensure successful integration. Coordinate and schedule immersion experiences for new leaders.

· Support the planning and execution of key learning and development programs, including scheduling, calendaring, program enrollment, and logistics coordination. Manage invoice processing and purchase orders for talent management vendors to ensure timely and accurate billing.

· Support the planning and execution of key learning and development programs.

· Manage translations for Talent Management initiatives ensuring inclusive and effective communications across all programs.

· Assist in the coordination of quarterly check-in calls, 360 assessments and talent reviews.

· Contribute to other talent development initiatives and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related work experience in lieu of education.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related role
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA. This role is not remote but "hybrid".

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Workday and other HRIS or LMS systems.
  • Experience managing translations and multilingual communications.
  • Familiarity with engagement survey tools and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
