Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development.
• Experience supporting company-wide performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Strong data-driven decision making and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience in a complex, high-growth, matrixed organization; tech/robotics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Symbotic’s enterprise performance management process.
• Coordinate timelines, tools, and stakeholder deliverables to align performance, potential and outcomes.
• Serve as a key resource for goal setting, feedback, differentiation and calibration.
• Partner with leaders and HRBPs to reinforce leadership behaviors in a high-performance culture.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and resources for managers.
• Collaborate with Compensation to align performance with rewards and career progression.
• Support Workday configuration and enhancements for performance and development processes.
• Develop and deliver training and toolkits to strengthen manager capability in coaching and feedback.
• Support leadership development initiatives through talent programs and development experiences.
• Analyze talent and succession data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Apply AI and emerging tech to talent processes and measure impact on efficiency.
