Job summary

ECPI University in Virginia Beach is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to drive performance management, onboarding, learning and development initiatives. This role contributes to employee engagement and organizational development across the university.

You will partner with HR Operations and department managers to ensure effective onboarding, training, and change initiatives, while administering LMS and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related area.
• Experience supporting or administering performance management and employee evaluation processes strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating or facilitating new-hire orientation, onboarding, or employee training programs.
• Experience with HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Knowledge of talent management, adult learning, employee engagement, and performance management practices.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable facilitating presentations and training sessions for employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer performance management, onboarding, learning and development initiatives.
• Partner with HR Operations and university departments to support onboarding and employee training.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and communications.
• Track program metrics and report on engagement and effectiveness.
• Support change management activities and HR program administration.
