Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least three years of HR experience in talent management or learning and development.
• Experience coordinating multiple HR programs from planning to implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve onboarding programs for new staff.
• Develop annual training plans and supervisor development programs.
• Administer annual performance evaluations and related processes.
• Create employee recognition and engagement initiatives aligned with core values.
• Support career development, internal growth, and succession planning.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with HR teams to provide a cohesive employee experience.
• Stay current with higher education HR practices and apply improvements.
