Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop annual training plans and supervisor development programs.
• Administer the annual performance evaluation process and goal setting.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and engagement surveys.
• Support career development, mentoring, and internal mobility.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for staff positions with effective sourcing.
• Maintain records and collaborate with HR teams for a coordinated experience.
