The Aspen Group (TAG) in Chicago is hiring a Senior Manager of Consumer Insights to lead Brand and Employer Brand research and partner with Brand Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, and other leaders. The role will mentor a team and translate insights into growth opportunities across TAG’s healthcare brands.

Based in our Chicago offices, you design studies, synthesize results, and collaborate on initiatives to attract dental consumers and talent, with travel up to ~10% and a generous benefits

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Market Research or Insights.
• Brand or Employer Brand research experience preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted study design and synthesis.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as lead insights partner for Brand and Employer Brand research.
• Drive research programs and synthesize results to inform growth and talent strategy.
• Build relationships with Brand Marketing to align objectives.
• Mentor junior team members delivering actionable insights.
• Design and execute studies aligning to stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate to test and integrate Recruitment Marketing initiatives.
• Maintain market intelligence processes.
• Lead ad-hoc research across the Aspen Group brands.
