Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with eight+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing talent management programs (reviews, promotions, succession).
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, delivery, and improvement of talent practices (reviews, succession, promotions).
  • Provide guidance to HR partners and leaders on talent management.
  • Lead cross-functional talent initiatives from design to implementation, managing plans and stakeholders.
  • Develop communications and materials to support decision-making and alignment.
  • Partner with HR Technology to improve systems using data and feedback.
