Job summary

The World Bank Group in Washington, DC seeks a Senior HR Specialist - Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide talent processes, including talent reviews, succession planning and promotions, and to partner with HR colleagues and business leaders.

The role requires deep expertise in talent management, change leadership, and data-driven decision making, with a track record in designing scalable programs and delivering results in a complex, globally diverse organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with eight+ years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven experience designing and implementing talent management programs (reviews, promotions, succession).
• Ability to translate business needs into practical talent solutions and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and improvement of talent practices (reviews, succession, promotions).
• Provide guidance to HR partners and leaders on talent management.
• Lead cross-functional talent initiatives from design to implementation, managing plans and stakeholders.
• Develop communications and materials to support decision-making and alignment.
• Partner with HR Technology to improve systems using data and feedback.
