Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in Talent Management or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale talent transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning and career development.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management across centers of excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience using data to generate insights and measure impact.
• Capacity to lead through ambiguity and complex organizational environments.
• Commitment to innovation, inclusion, integrity, and developing future-ready leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise talent and career development strategy, governance, and delivery.
• Oversee performance management, succession reviews, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership pipelines, risks, and workforce capabilities.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled talent solutions with governance and fairness.
• Partner with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to strengthen leadership pipelines and mobility.
