• Support HR team with internship program projects and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with talent management and business lines to develop training tools.
• Help develop training courses for the learning management system.
• Track and report training metrics with HR data teams.
• Assist with general HR tasks as needed and prepare a final presentation with recommendations.
