Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Learn HR functions through structured training and hands‑on assignments.
• Assist with HR projects and administrative processes supporting goals.
• Collect, organize, analyze, and report HR data.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, internship activities, and learning programs.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for decision making.
