Qualifications

• Enrollment at a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Learnings from your completed courses pertaining to the Talent Management focus area in Human Resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating presentation materials, handouts, and other resources for workshops.
• Support virtual and in-person learning workshops.
• Research best practices and emerging trends for training and development.
• Assist with a manager communication strategy.
• Develop marketing material for agency programs.
• Shadow Talent Management team members to understand their work.
• Manage other special projects as assigned.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency or knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Education

Major in Human Resources or a related discipline
