Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Talent Management Intern for Summer 2027 to support the HR technology rollout of Lyric LMS and Lyric Talent. You will work closely with the Talent Management Team and HR business partners on implementation planning, data migration, testing, and change management materials.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR or related fields, with strong written communication, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to write material employees read.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and detail-heavy work; accuracy matters when migrating records.
• Organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to ask questions and flag problems early.

Responsibilities

• Support Lyric LMS implementation tasks and migration plans.
• Assist with evaluating Lyric Talent tools and implementation approach.
• Help document requirements, test plans, and change management materials.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and product training stakeholders throughout the project.
