Qualifications

• Experience supporting performance management and employee development programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee learning, development, and career growth programs.
• Administer the performance review process and guide managers and employees.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Analyze workforce data and prepare reports on performance, engagement, retention, and talent trends.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Maintain talent management systems, documentation, and program communications.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and talent management best practices.
