Job summary

Extension, Inc is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and talent initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders to coordinate interviews, manage calendars across time zones, and deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.

Hybrid position in Waukesha; three onsite days preferred, with Mondays required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee and talent records and documentation.
• Support performance management, training, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with talent programs, workshops, and employer branding projects.
• Prepare talent reports and basic analytics.
• Support compliance and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle.

This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders to coordinate interviews, manage complex calendars, and deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and complex calendars across multiple locations and time zones.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and coordinate new hire logistics.
• Maintain accurate employee and talent-related records and documentation.
• Support performance management, training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with talent programs, workshops, employer branding, and HR projects.
• Prepare talent reports, metrics, and basic analytics.
• Support compliance activities and process improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Professional and comfortable working with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with Workday and/or ATS platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting onboarding or talent development programs preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or customer service recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience working with global teams and multiple time zones preferred.
• Hybrid position in Waukesha; 3 days onsite preferred, with Mondays required.
