Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise receipt, storage, order filling and loading of inventory within the distribution area.

You will lead associates, drive project coordination, and support staffing and development initiatives, while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities include performance reviews, productivity monitoring, and coordinating with management on staffing plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in a production, logistics, or distribution facility with two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to manage and motivate employees.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receipt, storage, order filling, or loading of inventory.
• Provide leadership and motivation to associates; foster open communication.
• Recruit, train, and develop department staff; short-term staffing planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and salary discussions; monitor productivity.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe warehouse environment.
