Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Analyst in Anderson, SC to support the Supply Chain team. You will handle order management, event execution, and communication across THD IPRs and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and quality service.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of industry experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and SAP/Logility. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a focus on supply chain or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of industry related experience with retail sales, marketing, transportation, distribution, purchasing, or manufacturing.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability are a must.
• Strong attention to detail; effective project management and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to develop and manage metrics that drive performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work on a fast-paced, high-energy team.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with firm deadlines.
• SAP and/or Logility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive to 98% In Stocks at Home Depot.
• Lead order processing and customer collaboration to align fulfillment with customer operations expectations.
• Manage Home Depot order creation to shipment.
• Monitor shipments and sales to The Home Depot.
• Coordinate with TTI Asia OPD, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and THD IPR teams.
• Maintain reports critical to business function, including Out of Stocks, Cycle Time, and service level performance.
• End-to-End Process Control and Continuous Improvement.
