Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Supervisor experience in food production, preferably beef.
• Good sense of organization and follow-up.
• Multitasking and detail oriented.
• Analytical with data-driven approach.
• Experience facilitating content.
• Willingness to travel.
• Able to work additional hours/weekends as needed.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate agility, build relationships and influence internal partners.
• Drive talent initiatives and improve employee experience and development.
• Lead reporting and measure the effectiveness of talent programs.
• Analyze data and present results in graphs, reports or presentations.
• Maintain close relationships with plant management personnel.
• Implement learning programs across classroom, e-learning and on-the-job formats.
• Provide facilitation and training on HR initiatives, planning, surveys and analysis.
• Coordinate onboarding, promotions, transfers and performance reviews.
• Prepare curricula for management development programs.
• Participate in interviews, hiring and onboarding for management roles.
• Support managers with performance management tools and improvement plans.
