GlobalFoundries is seeking a Talent Development Intern to support learning programs and leadership development across a global workforce. You will partner with Talent Development teams in the US, Germany, India, and Singapore to strengthen programs and contribute to projects with global business impact.

The role requires at least a sophomore year, pursuing a related Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Formación

Sophomore student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Education, Anthropology, Sociology, Human Resources or related field with at least 3.0 GPA.
Must have English fluency (written & verbal) and be able to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on a global project; share reporting, insights, and recommendations with GF HR leadership.
Support leadership development, onboarding, and learning initiatives through research, learning assessment, facilitation support, stakeholder communication, program design, and process improvement.
Partner with Talent Development teams in the US, Germany, India, and Singapore; participate in intern development and networking opportunities.
Create program marketing materials, analyze learning data, prepare impact presentations, and support adoption of learning platforms and resources.
Perform all activities safely and support EH&S requirements and programs.
