Job summary
Evolve is seeking a senior leader to drive talent and leadership development across the company, aligning learning with culture and community. You will design and measure impact, connect development with business goals, and partner with leadership on programs that scale with growth.
You will oversee orientation, manager foundations, and ongoing leadership cohorts, while planning company moments in person and virtually and guiding ERGs and CSR efforts.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in learning and development, talent development, or employee experience, with facilitation experience.
- Experience building learning and culture programs from scratch at a growth company.
- AI fluent and digitally agile, with strong program management and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Drive Evolve's talent and leadership development strategy from design through measurement, connecting learning with culture and community.
- Lead New Hire Orientation and build leadership development programs, from first-time manager foundations to ongoing leader cohorts.
- Plan and deliver company moments in person and virtual, and oversee ERGs and CSR initiatives.
