Job summary

Evolve Vacation Rentals is seeking a Talent Development & Community Program Manager to accelerate learning and culture across a distributed US team. You will own onboarding, leadership development, ERGs, and CSR initiatives, unifying learning with the company’s culture in a remote, nationwide setting.

You’ll design the Evolver Experience, build scalable programs, and use AI to drive impact while partnering with executives and venders. This role emphasizes ownership and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of learning and development or talent development experience.
• Confident facilitator able to engage executives and new hires.
• Experience building learning and culture programs at a growth company.
• Proficient with LMS/HRIS like Rippling and survey/project tools.
• AI fluency and comfort with digital systems to scale programs.
• Strong program management with budgets and vendors.
• Business acumen and ability to align programs with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design talent and leadership development strategy from design through measurement.
• Lead New Hire Orientation (NEO) content and onboarding experience.
• Build and facilitate leadership development programs from onboarding to cohorts.
• Plan company events, in-person and virtual, to build connection.
• Oversee ERGs and DEIB initiatives with charters and budgets.
• Engage Evolvers in CSR through Building Hospitality program.
• Leverage AI and tools to scale programs and track impact.
