You’ll own leadership development, onboarding, ERGs, CSR, and data-driven impact using AI tools, while shaping strategy and delivering measurable outcomes across a distributed team. This builder role requires translating ideas into scalable systems, events, and programs that connect

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning and development or employee experience.
• Strong facilitation skills across executives to new hires.
• Experience building programs from scratch at growth companies.
• Proficient with LMS, HRIS like Rippling, surveys, and project tools.
• AI fluent and digitally agile to scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and measure talent and leadership development strategy.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and onboarding experiences.
• Develop leadership programs from first-time managers onward.
• Plan in-person and virtual company events to connect distributed teams.
• Oversee ERGs and DEIB initiatives with leaders and sponsors.
• Lead CSR initiatives and use AI to automate logistics and tracking.
